Sometimes those messages were not pleasant and disrupted the "norm". Likewise, Jesus' sermons, parables and presence were also disruptive to the daily flow of living. Might unsettling and disruptive times render to us good things like purpose and direction?

Today’s podcast is from the Feast of the Conversion of Saint Paul. Here at Saint Paul’s Church, this feast day is always a highlight of our year. This year, we celebrated even with the backdrop of the national turmoil and controversy surrounding the Episcopal Church after a church bishop directly addressed the president in a sermon asking him to have mercy on our neighbors who are frightened.
The sermon tries to point us all toward the work of the kingdom of God, even when we are amid turmoil and conflict.
